We Ship Worldwide!
We are UK based and all orders are dispatched by us. As we are a small team and each order is lovingly hand packaged by us, please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be dispatched! If we are going through a busy period it could take up to a week for your order to be dispatched! So please be patient, we want every order to be wrapped beautifully and handled with care!
Please be aware that the shipping costs are based on your location and the size/weight of your package.
UK
First Class - aims to be delivered next-day after dispatch.
First Class Tracked - aims to be delivered next-day after dispatch with full tracking.
Please be aware that if you have not selected a tracked option, then we will not be able to provide an exact location after it has been dispatched.
Orders rarely go missing or are delayed but if they do, then please contact us after the period of 10 days (as Royal Mail will not class it as lost until after that point) via email to see what we can do for you.
Europe
Standard European - aims to be delivered between 7-10 after dispatch.
Tracked European Shipping - aims to be delivered between 7-10 after dispatch with full tracking.
Please be aware that if you have not selected a tracked option, then we will not be able to provide an exact location after it has been dispatched.
Orders rarely go missing or are delayed but if they do, then please contact us after the period of four weeks (as Royal Mail will not class it as lost until after that point) via email to see what we can do for you.
Rest of the World
International Standard - aims to be delivered between 12-14 after dispatch.
Tracked International Shipping - aims to be delivered between 12-14 after dispatch with full tracking.
Please be aware that if you have not selected a tracked option, then we will not be able to provide an exact location after it has been dispatched.
Orders rarely go missing or are delayed but if they do, then please contact us after the period of six weeks (as Royal Mail will not class it as lost until after that point) via email to see what we can do for you.
Other Information
Please ensure all your details that you provide are correct. If you have made a mistake then please email us immediately at info@rubyrosedesigns.co.uk before your order is dispatched to ensure that this can be corrected.
If an order goes missing due to a mistake in your details, we’re sorry but we cannot refund this order. We can hope that the order will be returned to us, in which case we will contact you to attempt a redelivery.
When ordering for a specific date such as a birthday, please ensure that you order with enough time, just incase. We try our best to be accommodating for all customers but we cannot ensure delivery for a specific date!
When ordering in busy periods such as Christmas, please check our website for any details on final shipping dates or notice periods!
Returns
We currently do not process many returns so if you wish to return an item, please email us at info@rubyrosedesigns.co.uk to see what we can do for you. We currently cannot cover the price of return shipping as we are still quite a small business so please be aware of that.
If the fault is entirely ours, (e.g. we sent you the wrong item, your order was never sent) then of course we will offer you a full refund or compensation.
Should the fault be yours or another external source (e.g. a wrong address, Post Office mix-up/loss, etc) then we will see what could be done to replace or send the item, if not, we will offer you a partial refund.
There are no refunds for Tattoo Designs.
